Owner & operator Hamid Sanayie moved to Prince Edward Island in 2007 from Yorkshire England. Where he learned his trade in the art of the traditional fish & chips. With 21 years experience in Yorkshire, Hamid moved to Charlottetown where he established Brit’s fish & chips 2008. In 2011 he opened a second location in Cavendish, which operates as a seasonal restaurant, and opened his 3rd location Water St. Fish and Chips in 2012.
Our dishes are prepared by our team with years of experience with recipes that have been passed down from chefs in England.
